Player Development

As former college to major league players and current baseball professionals our staff is first hand witnesses to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance required to succeed in a highly competitive baseball industry.  We take great pride as mentors to all of our young men in The Prospect Lab program, to instill those winning attributes so they can maximize their playing careers.  Our focus is to help each one of our players set a clear path for individual development, and when the time is right, outline and provide a road map to the college recruitment process, as well as, the professional scouting process.
