Pro Elite Academy has set out six core facets to our Culture:

1. Grow the games of baseball with elite development, while cultivating diversity in all aspects of the game.
2. Make empowering contributions to the development of players in all communities.
3. Provide safe, fun, informative, and organized recreational activities for the players in our program.
4. Prepare high school players for college and professional baseball programs
5. Set a strong foundation for players to maximize their athletic, academic, personal, and skill growth.
6. Use our platform to have a fun filled, first class experience that every athlete and family will enjoy.

Our coaching staff consists of highly experienced college and professional baseball personnel. Our teams are filled with highly competitive, talented, and high character young men who are committed to maximize their full individual potential while serving a team concept. We specialize in fundamental instruction to serve each young player to meet his individual needs. Our workouts and practices give players elite practical and theoretical training on the fundamentals of the game.  We believe the skills learned in baseball and softball can be applied beyond the field, helping to shape a better community.
