The Prospect Lab was created with the player in mind. As passionate lovers of the game, and first hand witnesses to the hard work, dedication and perseverance required to succeed, we wish to instill these attributes in each of our participants The Prospect Lab (TPL) is a summer/fall developmental, competitive, placement baseball program.  TPL is designed to compete at the highest levels around the country. We have devised a program that will allow each player to not only grow tremendously as a player but almost as a young man.  We have a strong foundation of not only good players but good families that make TPL the pillar of excellence. We set a standard of excellence and won't allow anyone to fall below that standard.  Family, Excellence, Passion, Competition, and Discipline are the values that drive The Prospect Lab program. That culture of achievement is what we are all about!
